Oscillator Theramin
This is object has been transformed from something salvaged from the University of Delaware’s junk pile into a light-sensitive oscillator that operates like a theramin. The electronics are a simple photo-resistor controlling an oscillator (tone generator) and a light bulb. The switch turns it on.
This piece is significant for me because it has a sense of life. It feels like some form of living thing that reacts to human activity.
